The Survive Alive House succeeds because of the skills of the Public Education instructors and because of the commitment and financial support of the SAHF Members. Members include anyone individual, company or organization that provides "in kind" or financial support.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Survive Alive House Foundation, please email 'fireeducation' AT cityofchicago.org or simply download and complete the Sponsorship Commitment Letter and return it as directed on the form.
